APPLICATIONS -
All candidates for employment must fully complete, date
and sign the standard Hendrix-Barnhill Co., Inc. application
form. The form is to be completed in detail and signed
to verify the accuracy and completeness of the employment,
personal and health information.
COMPLIANCE INFORMATION -
In order for the company to comply with federal government
regulations regarding its practices to employ people

COMPANY JOB CLASSIFICATIONS
SUPERINTENDENT
Responsible for the proper day to day on site installation
and construction of underground utilities projects,
and supervision of utilities construction crews. At
least five years experience in underground utilities
construction and installation, including responsible
supervisory experience, or an equivalent of training
and experience.
FOREMAN
Under general supervision performs skilled crew supervisory
work with regard to the installation and construction
of water and/or sewer mains, services, and related facilities.
Requires considerable experience in underground utilities
construction and installation, including responsible
supervisory experience; requires heavy equipment operating
experience and demonstrated proficiency.
EQUIPMENT OPERATORS
Under supervision of crew leader, performs skilled work
in the operation of small to medium construction equipment.
Positions require skilled operators experienced in the
varied operation of front-end loader, backhoe, excavator,
dozer, dump truck, boring rig, trencher and other light
to heavy construction equipment dependent on experience.
PIPE LAYERS
Under immediate supervision, performs semi-skilled to
skilled work with regard to the installation, repair
and construction of water and/or sewer pipelines and
mains, services, and related facilities. Requires experience
installing water and sewer pipe, working to grade, jointing,
setting meters, manholes and taps.
GENERAL LABORERS Under immediate to
general supervision, performs a variety of unskilled
to limited skilled manual labor tasks associated with
the installation and construction of water and/or sewer
pipelines.Entry level position, some related experience
preferred.
